THE HISTORY

Miss Tessa was found hanging in a barn by Bill Breuner, a Lake Tahoe resident, who commissioned a full restoration to the highest standards and won “Best in Class“ in 1992 at the Lake Tahoe Concours, before donating the vessel to the Lake Tahoe Maritime Museum. Miss Tessa is named after one of Bill Breuner‘s granddaughters. The current owner purchased Miss Tessa with the closing of the museum, got back in contact with the wonderful Breuner family and invited them over to visit Miss Tessa back in its new home in Germany, where it is put back in perfect Concours condition for the next 91 years to come!
