THE HISTORY

Mainstay is one of 2 Martinique Express Cruisers left in the world (7 were built) and the only one to have originally come out of the factory as a soft top – the other remaining example was built as a soft top built was delivered as a hard top. She still has her original 200hp 331 Chrysler marine hemis and Onan “auto start” 3000kw generator. Any Unique Characteristics of the Boat (limited to 125 characters):

Rumored to have been owned by Henry Ford of FOMOCO the current owner tracked down Mainstay’s original owner H. C. “Bob” Ford and spoke to him via phone in 2019…at 88yrs of age he still sounded like a young man!
